Susan has the pleasure of leading the Chester County Tourism team of talented, passionate individuals to new heights and successes for the organization. She is responsible for driving strategic planning, ensuring cohesiveness towards our Vision, managing administration and Board relations, and supporting economic development initiatives that benefit Chester County and its many different stakeholders.

A natural storyteller, Nina loves her role in inviting visitors and press to experience the beautiful Brandywine Valley. She manages strategic planning and content for marketing campaigns, collateral materials and the website - BrandywineValley.com. She is proud to work side by side with the entire team to promote Chester County’s Brandywine Valley as a most desirable destination.

Born and raised in Kennett Square, Courtney oversees the Sales Team. Connecting meeting planners with the right hotels and venues to meet their needs is her specialty. Tour Operators rely on her expertise to develop itineraries that will showcase the region’s top attractions. Courtney is proud to promote her hometown as one of the finest destinations for creating memorable meetings and events.

As Director of Global Development, Greg works with regional partners marketing Chester County and The Countryside of Philadelphia to international travelers. Targeted countries include the U.K., Germany, France, Italy and India. He manages in-country representative firms, developing itineraries for travel trade and content for international press which all lead to positive awareness of and visitation to Chester County.

Behind the scenes, Alicia manages the organization’s financial processes and records in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. She monitors and analyzes accounting data to produce financial reports and statements. Because of her financial savvy, we consistently ace annual audits. Alicia also runs HR functions that support our most important assets – our people.

Our Social Media & Multimedia guru, Will has been with the team since 2014 bringing the beauty of Chester County to life with stories, images, and videography. Along with his robust social media posts and analytics, he manages website components and digital marketing strategies. Sports tourism reaches every corner of Chester County and creates millions of dollars in economic impact each year. Travis leads the planning, marketing, sales and service efforts for this signifi cant market to meet the needs of our clients and business partners through large multi-day sports competitions and events. His passion and savvy for sports tourism and the Brandywine Valley fuel his success.

Known for her knowledge of the Brandywine Valley Tourism Visitors Center history, Michelle manages our Guest Services team and the Tourism Information Center. As Partner Services Manager, she creates and enhances our Partner Outreach initiatives to build strong relationships and synergies with each other. A born party planner, Michelle thrives on making the most memorable events for our Partners and Clients.

A Chester County native with an eye for the digital world, Jack manages the organization’s technical marketing footprint. His role allows him to mix his personal interests in history and beverage tourism among other local passions that represent this destination. Jack has driven our organization’s move to a new, fresh website with enhanced design and capabilities, and continues to enhance and improve our digital visitor experiences.

Andrea brings extensive experience in the hospitality industry to the organization. She ensures the team has the support and tools needed to create the best possible experiences for planners and visitors to Chester County. She enjoys meeting people and her passion is attending events and spreading the word about all the Brandywine Valley offers.
